Vellora is a founder-led, boutique practice that plans mystery getaways — surprise trips composed around the way you travel. You set the budget, the dates, the pace, the interests, and the dealbreakers; Vellora picks the destination, organises the flights, stays, activities, and dining, and reviews the composition before any supplier is contacted.
The destination stays a surprise until the morning of departure — not because surprise is the point, but because a place picked with intent, against the answers you give, is how every Vellora trip earns its wonder. The reveal lifts through the Vellora dossier when the server clock crosses zero on departure day. We call it a mystery; we say it plainly.
How Vellora operates

The practice
Vellora is a founder-led, boutique practice. The team composes every composed trip against the answers given, vets each supplier and route against published lodging standards, supplier ratings, seasonality, and weather-on-the-ground data, then reviews the composition by hand before any booking is made. Fewer handoffs, more intentional curation, and no automated fulfilment on the customer’s behalf.
The work is carried out by Mara, the AI concierge included in the planning fee, with a named human joining the same chat only if you added the human-concierge add-on at checkout. The composition has one voice end to end: the brief is read, the destination is named, the dossier opens the morning you fly.
What that means in practice

04 · The reveal
The destination, the morning you fly.
The destination stays sealed until the moment of departure — governed by a server clock, never by a client-side guess. Mara is in your chat from deposit through the morning you’re home, working hours 9am–9pm in the trip’s time zone. The Vellora dossier opens the destination once the clock crosses zero.
